To price match a package we need to match your current price quote exactly. If the lower rate you got is on a private charter which
is unavailable to us, we cannot guaranteed your price match. We will compare the same flights, in the same class, on the same
airline. The hotel must be the same available hotel and same room type. In other words, we have to compare apples with apples --
and cannot price match an apple to a banana.
Package Defined
Your price quote submitted to us must be a "package", including airfare and hotel, to qualify for our Price Match Guarantee.
Independent travel purchased from different sources is not eligible.
Availability Explained
All Price Match Guarantees are subject to availability. For example, you received a quote four (4) weeks ago for a resort
that was on sale 40% off and you want us to match it now. If the sale is still available
we will match using all guidelines here. If the airline rate you were quoted was based on L class seats, but they sold out of
L class seats since you received your quote we cannot match your quote. If they still have L-class available for purchase,
then your quote will be matched.
You will receive a $25 per person (check) rebate after travel completion.
We strive for your dream vacation every time, but should something unforeseeable go wrong; we want you to know we are here for you:
- Customer service is available with a real live travel professional. You can reach our agents via email and phone. You will talk to a person in our Pennsylvania office and we do not outsource our calls to a third party or any other country. (we hate that too) Pre travel customer service is during our business hours but we promise to respond rapidly and efficiently.
- While in resort, we will provide you with local contacts to help you onsite should a problem occur. If you are not satisfied with the help you get you can contact us in PA and we will make sure the resort staff respond to you right away.
- We don’t forget about you after you travel. We want to hear about your trip. Anything that may occur while you are on your vacation that you are unhappy with will be addressed by our staff.

They have taken more than five (5) million travelers on vacations to the Caribbean, Islands of the Bahamas, Bermuda, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Europe, Hawaii and the Continental U.S.
